母线槽与传统电缆相比有什么不同?

1.1母线槽是扁导体,具有散热好、阻抗低及载流量大的特点。

1.1 The bus duct is a flat conductor with the characteristics of good heat dissipation, low impedance, and high current carrying capacity.

载流量630A以上的母线槽与630A以上电缆或预分支电缆相比较,在载流量相同的情况下,能节省铜材10―35%,能减少电能损耗15%以上。母线槽平日之中的传送电流很大,缩减能耗。它很适宜交流电源,在给定的电压数值下能维持住长时段的运转。一分钟以内的交流电状态下,母线槽不会被击穿且不会带有闪络的状态。它能承载着的耐受电流、短时段的峰值电流,都会符合规格。

Compared with cables or pre branched cables with a current carrying capacity of 630A or above, bus ducts with a current carrying capacity of 630A or above can save copper materials by 10-35% and reduce electrical energy loss by more than 15% under the same current carrying capacity. The transmission current of the bus duct is very high on weekdays, which reduces energy consumption. It is suitable for AC power supply and can maintain long-term operation at a given voltage value. Under the condition of alternating current within one minute, the bus duct will not be broken down and there will be no flashover. 1.2母线槽的使用寿命大约是电缆和分支电缆的2~3倍左右。

我国香港、澳门及欧洲有些明确规定电缆使用寿命为12~15年。实际上母线槽的使用寿命则长达30~50年。母线槽可分成空气绝缘类别、密集绝缘类别。通常状态下,空气绝缘这样的母线槽固有的构架很简易,密集绝缘母线槽带有优的散热特性,电流等级很高。高层建筑布设的电气竖井,母线槽都配有某一插接口径,布设这类接头应考量多重的人为干扰。然而,母线槽初始的容量很大,同时构架紧凑,在偏大负荷的态势下也带有优势。

母线槽有铜导体、铝导体材质。铜导体母线槽有铜电缆相比较,630A以上的铜导体母线槽近似于电缆的造价成本;而铝导体母线槽比铜导体电缆低25%~35%。电流越大,母线槽的成本与电缆相比,反而越低。为此,载流量大于630A输电干线采用母线槽比采用电缆更经济合理。

1.4 母线槽的性能高,不易发生火灾事故。

绝大部分厂家生产的母线槽均是防火性(阻燃性)的母线槽。如果母线槽把温升控制好,绝不会发生火灾事故;如果未能控制好温升,母线槽也不容易引起火灾。因为3C认证中对普通母线槽(非防火耐火母线槽)有防止火焰蔓延实验证,比普通电缆。

If the temperature rise of the bus duct is well controlled, there will never be a fire accident; If the temperature rise is not well controlled, the bus duct is also less likely to cause a fire. Because the 3C certification has a flame prevention test certificate for ordinary bus ducts (non fire and fire-resistant bus ducts), which is safer than ordinary cables.

1.5 灵活性强,容易引出分支电路。

母线槽可预留各种插口,随时可增减或移动设备。母线槽因属于插接式的,灵活性强,容易引出分支电路。预制电缆分支电路,因属整体式预制电缆,不容易引出分支电路,同时电缆要增加分支电路难度也很大。

1.6 改造时成本损失较小。

在项目改造时,母线槽同其他设备一样,可以随时拆装、调整使用场所及位置,成本损失较小,如果电缆改造的损失成本则是很大的。

1.7 载流能力大,能满足输电干线的要求。

常用电缆截面一般不超过300,载流能力明敷约600多安,电缆在桥架内敷设,按照有关“规范”的规定,降容系数为0.7,载流量只有400A,该电流只能满足小容量输电干线的要求,而母线槽载流能力大,各种规格的电流值都有,大能到8000A,完全能满足输电干线的要求。
